The expense, for one thing. Few people are willing to spend the credits on it unless they have strong reason to think there is something wrong with their genome. She looked at the girl, who walked in with a look of curiosity on her face but with no signs of apprehension or fear. She then turned her gaze to the three adults who had accompanied Wanda.
